We believe that our struggles can be our greatest strengths, and that through Christ, we can overcome anything. Our apparel is designed for the iron-willed powerlifter or ANY warrior battling their inner demons. We wear our faith on our sleeves, and our gear is for those who refuse to give up. Matt Thompson
At Revive & Thrive Apparel, we believe strength is about more than numbers on a barbell. It’s about faith, perseverance, and becoming the person God created you to be. Few people embody that better than Matt Thompson. Matt is a competitive powerlifter, youth leader, father, husband and the founder of Revive & Thrive Apparel. Competing in the Super Heavyweight division, he has built his reputation through discipline, consistency, and an unwavering commitment to honoring God in everything he does.
Most recently, Matt went a perfect 3 for 3 at the Eaton Barbell’s IPA Western open 2026, finishing the day with successful lifts of 405, 435, and a personal-record 455-pound bench press. But for Matt, the platform has always represented something bigger than trophies or records. It’s an opportunity to inspire others, demonstrate perseverance, and show that true strength is forged through adversity.
Outside of competition, Matt is passionate about mentoring the next generation and serving in youth ministry. Through Revive & Thrive Apparel, he hopes to encourage people from all walks of life to overcome hardship, stay grounded in their faith, and live with purpose.
